For the wedding couple, this is just one of the first of many
special days in your lives together and we at Treasured Events
of Charlotte realize the importance we will play in it, for years
to come. We take this obligation as an honor, when you choose
us to be your wedding photographers, to interact with you and
your family and friends on this special day, and to record it
in photographs, so not to miss a moment. We offer you 200-400
images(minimum) per hour during the ceremony and reception, placed
on our website(at your request and with your permission) for viewing
and/or purchase by you and your loved ones and friends, at no
additional charge, within 72 hours after your wedding.
Our services are available, on an ala carte pricing schedule,
to let you control the coverage and costs.
Our hourly rate is $250 per hour( using 2 photographers), with
a minimum of 2 hours, with a deposit of $500 to hold the date
and cover the minimum. The deposit is fully refundable with a
cancellation for any reason, up to 60 days prior to the wedding
date. Final payment is due upon delivery of selected services,
placement on our website in 3 days, or 10 days after the wedding,
whichever is later. Selected services will be available within
10 days after the wedding. We pride ourselves in having one of
the quickest turn times in the Charlotte area.
Engagement photograph for the newspaper and a separate shooting
for the bridal portrait is available for a total of $275, which
includes an 11x14 print of bridal portrait and 8x10 print of the
engagement photograph. Separately, the bridal portrait shoot is
$200 and the engagement picture is $125.
Rehersal dinner and/or engagement party coverage is available
for $150 per hour(one photographer), when your wedding day is
booked with Treasured Events of Charlotte.
A CD set of your wedding/reception/engagement/bridal portrait/engagement
party/rehersal dinner with rights to reprint any and all photographs
is priced at $150.
Special offer: Our 'Bride's Book'
is a 4"x 6" album of up to 200 photographs chosen by
TEC wedding coordinator that represents the entire wedding coverage,
at a cost of $1.50 or less per photograph, plus cost of album
and tax. If you choose the photographs for the album, the cost
is $4.00 per 4"x 6" print. Additional albums of your
chosen prints will be $1.00 per photo image when 3 or more books
are ordered,$1.25 per photo image when 2 books are ordered and
$1.50 per photo image when 1 book is ordered, plus the cost of
album & tax.
You decide exactly how many prints you want in each album and
how many albums you want. They will also be available also with
10 days after the wedding.

signing board. If you select a collage in which photographs are
taken by TEofC or your personal photographs you provide, we offer
you a special pricing of $150.00 for a 8" x 10" print
and a 16"x20" black metal frame with matting for signing.
